Filming took place in Abu Dhabi, Austria, Greece and Morocco. The last song of the movie was shot in the Aegean island of Naxos, Greece in October 2017. Iranian actor Sajjad Delafrooz was roped in to play the role of Abu Usman, leader of terrorist organization IAC. Sajjad Delafrooz had worked in the 2015 Hindi film Baby. Excluding Salman Khan's fees, the rest of the film's production budget is reportedly ₹140 crore (US$22 million). This would make it one of the most expensive Yash Raj Films productions, along with Thugs of Hindostan.

Film's trailer was released on 6 November 2017. Within 24 hours, it broke many records for Hindi film trailers on YouTube, with more than 29 million views, 480 thousand likes and 250 thousand shares. On 11 November, it became the world's most liked film trailer on YouTube after 700 thousand likes, surpassing Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015) then. The record was surpassed by the trailer of Avengers: Infinity War (2018) with about 2 million likes.

The weight of directing the second edition of a huge film (the 2012 project Ek Tha Tiger) sits heavily on Ali Abbas Zafar’s shoulders, even though he talks about moving away from the pressure and approaching it with the enthusiasm of seeking new adventures from a Salman Khan film. “There’s a thin line between meeting expectations and not being able to. This has been a different kind of pressure compared to Sultan,” he tells us. 

Before he turned a filmmaker, Zafar was studying biochemistry in Delhi. He was in the process of finding his calling. He remembers, “Back then, if someone had told me I’d be directing Salman Khan, I would have laughed. As a biochemistry student, maybe I would have hoped to do a blood test for him!” But eventually, he joined theatre, worked as an assistant director and went on to become a Yash Raj Films’ talent.

Bollywood actor Katrina Kaif has been on a promotional spree for her upcoming film opposite Salman Khan, Tiger Zinda Hai. In her latest Instagram post, Katrina has shared a video where she is seen training for some action sequence for the movie.
She also shared a few words of wisdom along with the video. “It’s Not the size of the person that matters in the fight....it’s the size of the fight in the person training for action,” she wrote. Hollywood action coordinator Tom Struthers ,of Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises fame, has choreographed the action sequences in Tiger Zinda Hai.

Rakhi Sawant to play 'missing' Honeypreet Insan                        

Actress Rakhi Sawant says she will expose Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh in a biopic in which she will star as the disgraced Dera Sacha Sauda sect chief's adopted daughter Honeypreet Insan, who is believed to be now hiding in Nepal. "Yes, I'm playing Honeypreet as I have known her for seven to eight years. I know everything about her. I believe she is in London right now. My brother Rakesh Sawant and I are producing the film," Rakhi told IANS.

"I'm in Delhi right now. We will be shooting here only. Our set will be exactly like his Sacha Sauda. Python hunters have found a monster slithering around the Everglades.

Snake hunter Jason Leon captured a 5.1-meter (17-foot) Burmese python in the Florida Everglades. Weighing 59.8 kilograms (132 pounds), it’s thought this female could be a record-breaker for the longest snake caught by the South Florida Water Management District’s (SFWMD) Python Elimination Program. It was found earlier this week submerged in the water of an SFWMD territory near Big Cypress National Preserve.

“That snake could pretty much kill any full-grown man,” Leon told NBC 6 Miami local news. “If that snake was alive right now, it would probably take like three of us to be able to control that snake.”

As the name suggests, Burmese pythons are native to Southeast Asia. Over the past 50 years, the balmy swamps of southern Florida have become the home of hundreds of pythons, most of which are believed to have been released by pet-owners or escaped. The US Fish and Wildlife Service estimates that 99,000 Burmese pythons were imported for the US pet trade between 1996 and 2006.

These snakes are apex predators with a gargantuan appetite for medium-sized mammals and birds, so their introduction to a new environment can have a huge effect on the wider food chains and ecosystem.

“In areas of heavy python population, there is a 99 percent reduction in fur-bearing animals,” SFWMD Python Elimination Program Manager Mike Kirkland told ABC News.

As such, they are treated as an invasive species, with local authorities investing a lot of time and money into capturing and killing this species for the good of the wider ecosystem.

“In total, the hunters have removed 743 pythons. If they were laid out end to end, it would equal over 5,000 feet [1,524 meters] and weigh over 11,000 pounds [4,990 kilograms],” Kirkland added.

There’s no doubt that this is a mighty big beast. However, a few years ago, authorities in Florida caught a Burmese python measuring 5.5 meters (approximately 18 feet). Bigger still, locals on the Indonesian island of Sumatra came across a 7-meter (23-foot) long individual just the other month.

Iceland barely lets a month go by without reminding the world that it’s a song of both ice and fire. Plenty of its volcanoes are considered to be restless to some degree, but one particular hellish hill – Oraefajokull – is currently causing a little concern for volcanologists.

As reported by the Associated Press, the volcano has seen a recent increase in seismic activity. The air smells of sulfur, which is leaking up to the surface along with heated, murky groundwater. A cavity in the snow at the summit is getting deeper at a remarkable rate of 45 centimeters (18 inches) per day.

All signs strongly imply that magma is moving towards the surface.

In the last week alone, Iceland’s Meteorological Office has detected 160 earthquakes in the area, which is a frequency greatly in excess of background levels. As a result, volcanologists are monitoring it intensely, and the alert level has been raised to yellow, which indicates “signs of elevated unrest”.

Oraefajokull is considered to be one of Iceland’s most dangerous volcanoes. It hasn’t erupted since 1728, and a lack of historical data makes it unclear how often it does blow its top. The hope is that it won’t repeat the events of 1372, which were notably violent and which destroyed an entire county through volcanic debris and related flooding.

Dr Tobias Dürig, a volcanologist and postdoctoral researcher at the University of Otago, New Zealand, spent several years researching Icelandic volcanoes on-site. He told IFLScience that, for now, the volcano appears to have calmed down, if temporarily.

“After a period of unrest in September, the seismic activity has decreased,” he explained, before adding: “It hasn't stopped though.”

“This might indicate that something was on the way and has now reached a state of ‘better’ stability.”

This is a common feature of plenty of volcanoes. Magma often rushes up towards the surface, only to stop just short of a conduit. Instead of an eruption, it enters a state of quiescence and pools in a shallower reservoir.

“We cannot exclude the possibility that this state can change, though,” Dürig added.

“There is a possibility that, after a certain stress threshold is exceeded, a batch of magma could be released, which in combination with the overlying glacier could be a hazardous scenario.”

There are two possibilities here, generally speaking, should any erupting lava encounter the Vatnajokull glacier atop the fissure.

The most obvious is that it will produce a sustained column of ash, one that’s continuously fueled by the continued depressurization of the underlying plumbing, along with the release of heat from the rapid quenching of the lava. It could be worse, or not quite as bad, as the scenario brought by Eyjafjallajökull in 2010. Until it actually happens, it’s hard to tell.

Another possibility – one that’s not mutually exclusive to the first – is something called a jokulhlaup. If the heat component of the eruption is high enough, it could cause a catastrophically quick melting of the glacier, which would generate flash floods.

Although it’s somewhat different geologically speaking, the volcano Katla is overlaid by the Myrdalsjokull. Its 2011 paroxysm failed to breach the glacier, but it did trigger a jokulhlaup, one which swept away a major bridge at Mulakvisl – fortunately, without any casualties.

The point is that the same could happen today at any volcano covered by a glacier, Oraefajokull included. At this stage, caution, but not hysteria, is the name of the game.

No-one can say if it will erupt in the near future. “That's why the experts are playing it safe,” Dürig noted.

Footage of a starving polar bear dragging its bony legs on dry land has become a powerful symbol of climate change – even in its beleaguered state.

The video was taken by National Geographic photographer Paul Nicklen in the Baffin Islands, Canada. 

“When scientists say bears are going extinct, I want people to realize what it looks like. Bears are going to starve to death. This is what a starving bear looks like," Nicklen said in an interview with National Geographic. 

The bear moves slowly, its fragile legs weakened by muscle atrophy. Starving and running out of options, the bear wanders near a human settlement and searches a bin for food. It comes up empty. 

This simple act overtaxes the starving animal. The bear slumps to the ground, exhausted.

It’s not atypical for these bears to go months without food, waiting for the ice to solidify and for their food source of seals to return. However, climate change is prolonging the time the bears stay on land, extending their fasting season and, for many, engendering their demise.

In this gut-wrenching moment, there was little Nicklen could do. It is illegal to feed polar bears in Canada, and even then he had no seal meat on hand, which would have done little in the long run to sustain the dying creature. 

Instead, he said, the best he could was to prevent the bear from dying in vain and reveal the perils the creatures face. That he did do – a once powerful, half-ton creature now dragging its feeble legs is a startling reminder of the situation. By sharing the story of this one polar bear, he hopes to convey a larger message about the Earth warming. 

"There was no saving this individual bear. People think that we can put platforms in the ocean or we can feed the odd starving bear. The simple truth is this – if the Earth continues to warm, we will lose bears and entire polar ecosystems,” wrote Nicklen, also a filmmaker with the conservation group Sea Legacy, on his Instagram. “This large male bear was not old, and he certainly died within hours or days of this moment.

"But there are solutions. We must reduce our carbon footprint, eat the right food, stop cutting down our forests, and begin putting the Earth – our home – first."

Early life and education

Vyarawalla started her career in the 1930s. At the onset of the World War II, she started working on assignments for the Bombay-based The Illustrated Weekly of India magazine which published many of her black and white images that later became iconic. In the early years of her career, since Vyarawalla was unknown and a woman, her photographs were published under her husband's name. Eventually her photography received notice at the national level, particularly after moving to Delhi in 1942 to join the British Information Services, where she photographed many political and national leaders in the period leading upto independence, including Mohandas Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Indira Gandhi and the Nehru-Gandhi family while working as a press photographer. 

Her favourite subject was Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India. Most of her photographs were published under the pseudonym "Dalda 13″. The reasons behind her choice of this name were that her birth year was 1913, she met her husband at the age of 13 and her first car's number plate read "DLD 13″. In 1970, shortly after her husband's death, Homai Vyarawalla decided to give up photography lamenting over the "bad behaviour" of the new generation of photographers. She did not take a single photograph in the last 40-plus years of her life. When asked why she quit photography while at the peak of her profession, she said

"It was not worth it any more. We had rules for photographers; we even followed a dress code. We treated each other with respect, like colleagues. But then, things changed for the worst. They the new generation of photographers] were only interested in making a few quick bucks; I didn't want to be part of the crowd anymore.

On 21 August 2017 Google has announced the launching of the final version of Android 8.0 Oreo which is smarter, faster and more powerful than ever. Android 8.0 Oreo is the latest version of the Android software by Google. The normal name of this version Android O but officially it is known as Android 8.0 Oreo. The Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 will not be getting Android Oreo . 

Update as Google only supports older handsets for two years with software and these two were released in 2014. Google mentioned in its post that they are working with their partners and by the end of this year hardware makers including HMD Global (The Company who is making Nokia Phones), Huawei, General Mobiles, HTC, Kyocera, LG, Motorola, Samsung, and Sony are scheduled to launch or upgrade the device to Android 8.0 Oreo.
